“To enlarge the sphere of social happiness is worthy of the benevolent design of a Masonic institution; and it is most fervently to be wished, that the conduct of every member of the fraternity, as well as those publications, that discover the principles which actuate them, may tend to convince mankind that the grand object of Masonry is to promote the happiness of the human race.”George Washington
Brothers of HE #88 delivered 100 canned hams to those in need on Friday, December 22, 2017. Small teams of brothers drove throughout the community to deliver these holiday gifts.
Brother Lou Lamphear, our Almoner, provided the leadership and direction for this project. Recipients of the canned hams were generally very appreciative and pleasantly surprised. The event was very successful, and will likely become an annual event. Good job, Brother Lou, and thank you brothers for helping out!
